- drafting the US Constitution (Constitutional Convention, The Great Compromise, 3/5 Compromise, Electoral College)
- Federalists, Anti-Federalists, ratification
- Bill of Rights and other amendments to the constitution
- Types, Levels, & Branches of government
- people in government / responsibilities of government
