CLASS ONE: finish Word Maps for Book V vocab words. Fill out "What's Important." Mark up "Calypso" by Suzanne Vega using the Double Entry Journal method to help you determine the tone and theme.
CLASS TWO: Using any graphic organizer you choose, compare and contrast Suzanne Vega's "Calypso" to the Calypso's reply to Hermes (lines 130 to 160, Book V.)
CLASS FIVE: really read Book Five and fill out "What's Important." Then markup Suzanne Vega's "Calypso" to help you determine the tone and theme of her poem.
